Who we are

CRCCS was a lockdown baby, born in 2020!

Jennifer first began providing consultancy services and regulation 44 visits to providers in the Midlands. Fast forward to today and CRCCS is now a husband and wife core team, with around 40 years combined experience of working within the Residential Childcare sector.

Due to our steady growth, CRCCS now works with a handful of specially selected consultants providing support more broadly across the region and as far South as London.

All of our consultants have a strong understanding of the sector and surrounding legislation; predominantly having gained experience from the ground up progressing to children's home registered managers, (and beyond) with established providers. We use our extensive knowledge and resource to enable you to benefit from our combined learning.

All consultants hold transferrable DBS's to maintain your safe working practices and to keep your young people safe.
